Return & Refund Policy
At Portus Packaging, we deal in specialized packaging and labeling products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of thermal labels and packaging materials:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or partially used label rolls
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
- Custom or bulk orders made specifically on request
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Images or video proof of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
